T-Bone Steak from the BBQ
A deliciously tender T-bone steak, perfectly grilled during a winter BBQ in the snow. Served medium rare and seasoned with a spicy salt rub.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
For: 2 persons

Ingredients

  • 1 T-Bone Steak
  • Coarse sea salt
  • 2 tbsp cayenne pepper

Preparation method

  1. Let the steak come to room temperature.
  2. Heat the BBQ to 120°C .
  3. Marinate the meat with coarse sea salt and cayenne pepper.
  4. Grill the steak to a core temperature of 35°C .
  5. Turn the meat over and continue grilling until a core temperature of 46°C is reached.
  6. Preheat the BBQ to 230°C .
  7. Grill the steak on each side for 2 minutes for a nice crust.
  8. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before carving.
