Ingredients
- 2 sandwiches
- 1/2 can of tuna
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tbsp diced gherkins
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
Description
- Top a slice of bread with the tuna.
- Cut the red onion into rings and divide over the tuna.
- Sprinkle the diced gherkins and Parmesan cheese over it.
- Place the second slice of bread on top and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Heat the sandwich in a sandwich maker or pan until golden brown, turning halfway through.
