Ingredients:
- 200g Pasta
- 250g Mixed mushrooms
- 100g Dried sausage
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 100g Parmesan
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 liter of water
Preparation method:
- Bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Add olive oil and salt.
- Cook the pasta for 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and add a drizzle of olive oil to prevent the pasta from sticking.
- In the meantime, chop the dried sausage, mushrooms, garlic and onion.
- Fry the dried sausage in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Add the mushrooms, onion and garlic to the pan and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
- Mix the cooked pasta with the mushroom mix.
- Grate the Parmesan cheese over the pasta and mix well, so that the cheese melts.
- Season the pasta with salt and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
