Pasta con funghi

For: 2 persons


Ingredients:

  • 200g Pasta
  • 250g Mixed mushrooms
  • 100g Dried sausage
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 100g Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 liter of water

Preparation method:

  1. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Add olive oil and salt.
  2. Cook the pasta for 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and add a drizzle of olive oil to prevent the pasta from sticking.
  3. In the meantime, chop the dried sausage, mushrooms, garlic and onion.
  4. Fry the dried sausage in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  5. Add the mushrooms, onion and garlic to the pan and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
  6. Mix the cooked pasta with the mushroom mix.
  7. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the pasta and mix well, so that the cheese melts.
  8. Season the pasta with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
