Hair salon with a culinary twist
Today, we're making this top-selling shawarma restaurant with a surprising twist: a kapsalon with sweet potato, spinach, and shawarma. And all of this by the water—enjoy!

Ingredients
- 300 g shawarma
- 2 sweet potatoes
- Handful of grated cheese
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- Garlic sauce
- Sambal
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 1L water
Preparation method
- Cut the sweet potatoes into fries.
- Bring water to a boil and cook the fries for 15 minutes.
- Drain and fry in olive oil until golden brown (about 15 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, fry the shawarma in a separate pan until done.
- Divide the spinach over deep plates.
- Serve the fried fries on top and top with the shawarma.
- Garnish with grated cheese, garlic sauce and sambal.
