Macaroni with Smac and Fresh Vegetables
This simple and delicious macaroni is perfect for an outdoor adventure. All the ingredients are easy to store, making this dish perfect for longer trips.

Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • 250 g Smac
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 500 ml pasta sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation method

  1. Bring 1.5 L of water to the boil.
  2. Add the pasta and cook according to the package directions.
  3. In the meantime, cut the carrot, pepper, zucchini and Smac into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Fry the vegetables and Smac in a frying pan with olive oil.
    • Only have one gas burner? Cook the vegetables after cooking the pasta and leave the pasta in the hot water.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Once the vegetables are cooked through (after 4-5 minutes), add the pasta sauce and heat through.
  7. Drain the pasta and toss with a little olive oil.
  8. Add the sauce with vegetables and Smac to the pasta and mix well.
