You can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This is called the "cooling-off period." This period begins the day after you receive the item. Returns are at the buyer's risk. This means that outdoor-food is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask the postal service for proof of postage and keep it in a safe place.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns.
