You can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This is called the "cooling-off period." This period begins the day after you receive the item. Therefore, always ask the postal service for proof of postage and keep it in a safe place.

Used items and items that no longer have their original packaging. Items that are damaged.
How can I return my purchase?
By mail: You can return your order to us by mail. If possible, please include the invoice (or a copy of it) in the packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item by mail. Please contact us before returning the item.

I received my order damaged or incomplete, what now?
Although we do everything we can to deliver every order neatly, completely and on time, it may happen that something is wrong with the order. Please report this to our customer service as soon as possible after receipt. We will then ensure you receive your desired product in good condition as soon as possible.
