The Elixir 2 offers a surprising amount of interior space thanks to its clever arch design. The vertical walls create more headroom, while two spacious vestibules provide additional storage. The tent is large enough for two adults with mats and gear. The floor area is 2.13 x 1.27 meters and the height is 1.02 meters .

The included custom footprint protects the floor and significantly increases the durability of your tent.

Easy to set up

Thanks to the color-coded pole system, you can pitch the tent in no time, even in bad weather or the dark. The freestanding construction makes it easy to move the tent before securing it permanently.

The tent poles are made of sturdy aluminum and can withstand a few knocks. The ripstop polyester canvas with a PU coating is also resistant to wind, rain, and UV rays.

What are the return conditions for outdoor food?

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This is called the "cooling-off period." This period begins the day after you receive the item. If you ordered multiple items at once, you can cancel up to 14 days after receiving the last item. The item must, of course, be unused and complete, including, if reasonably possible, the original packaging. If you have damaged the product, we cannot accept returns. Returns are at the buyer's risk. This means that outdoor-food is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask the postal service for proof of postage and keep it in a safe place.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns.

Used items and items that no longer have their original packaging. Items that are damaged.

How can I return my purchase?

By mail: You can return your order to us by mail. If possible, please include the invoice (or a copy of it) in the packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item by mail. Please contact us before returning the item.

I received my order damaged or incomplete, what now?

Although we do everything we can to deliver every order neatly, completely and on time, it may happen that something is wrong with the order. Please report this to our customer service as soon as possible after receipt. We will then ensure you receive your desired product in good condition as soon as possible. Please clearly indicate on the contact form that you received an incorrect or damaged product. Return shipping is, of course, free of charge.
