The lavalan® AlmWool used in Grüezi sleeping bag products creates an excellent microclimate: the body releases moisture continuously. However, if there is too much moisture inside the sleeping bag, the body begins to freeze. Wool absorbs moisture and releases it to the outside in controlled doses – preventing evaporative cooling. This regulation creates a warming or cooling effect, ensuring a dry, comfortable climate. Wool also warms when damp.
The Grüezi bag uses wool from Alpine sheep for its insulation. Durable, natural, biodegradable, and renewable.
