What are the return conditions for outdoor food?

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This is called the "cooling-off period." This period begins the day after you receive the item. If you ordered multiple items at once, you can cancel up to 14 days after receiving the last item. Therefore, always ask the postal service for proof of postage and keep it in a safe place.
